Gary Pellicci Hairdressing Client Reviews

Really love my short cut by Vicky, pleasant experience.

My daughter had her hair coloured and cut - hairdresser did a beautiful job and she is very happy with it

Lovely friendly salon! Prices average! Charlotte k, Kiran and Chelsea all lovely! Charlotte is an excellent hairdresser. I was a bit anxious as I am post brain surgery and living with brain cancer but all the girls were very sweet. Understanding and caring. Its just going to take me a few visits to...gradually get my colour right x read more

Oscar is AMAZING. I came from another salon, who absolutely ruined my hair (broke my hair off with bleach, and then made my hair practically black- when I asked them to rectify it, their solution was to make my hair even darker, which I didn’t want). I googled a colour correction specialist in Essex... and Gary Pellicci came up, and I’m so glad they did. I chose to go to Oscar, based on reviews he received, and I’m so happy I did. Oscar was patient, kind and listened. Understandably, I was nervous about visiting a new salon, but he put me at ease straight away. He took two stand tests from different sections of my hair, and I could see the difference in density. Through these strand tests, Oscar explained he would have to do different processes, low peroxide and that it would be a process. I trusted the process, and he took my hair from extremely dark ends, with demarkation lines and some grey thrown in, to making me a beautiful caramel colour, with demi permanent roots so my greys blend in as it grows. I was getting engaged (which added to the worry I felt about my hair), and I look back at the pictures and look light, bright and like myself. Oscar is a literal hair god. Today was my second visit back, and I can’t explain how happy I am with my hair, and how glad I am to have found someone who actually cares about what I want, but more importantly, the integrity of my hair! Thank you Oscar! read more

Very satisfied with my service today. I booked online same day and there was a technical error where I hadn’t been put on the system. They didn’t freak out they kept it professional and didn’t let me see the error and cracked on with it. I also have long hair so on a Saturday this happening could’ve... been their worst nightmare. They could have sent me away but they didn’t let that happen. Thanks again ! Will be returning. Xx read more

I booked a last minute appointment with Sydnee for highlights and I am so glad that I did. It was my first visit to this salon and the team were all friendly and welcoming. More importantly, Sydnee took the time to understand the colours that I wanted and the end result is exactly as I’d hoped. Very... happy! read more

I have never loved my hair as much as I have since Oscar has been doing my balayage, cut & blow drys. He takes on board everything I ask for and does it perfectly every time. Overall such a lovely salon to go to.

Charlotte K coloured my hair so beautifully, took so much time and care with my foils. Thank you it is so lovely to meet you! See you in 10 weeks x

Simply the best!

The whole experience from the moment I walked through the door was amazing, the welcome was warm the staff was friendly and the cut, colour and highlights were great! Thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. Highly recommended for a professional service and awesome results!

Nice place, great haircuts. Recently I went with a different hairstylist and he made me excited about my hair again. Every time I pass a mirror a smile.

I honestly do not know what I would do without Gary, Jo and the rest of this amazing staff. They know, instinctively, what their customers need and make sure that we get it. Gary has been my stylist for years now. God bless each of you. Many thanks. X

I’m a regular at Gary Pellicci. I love their atmosphere and have always felt welcome each time I set foot in there. When it comes to stylists , my vote will always go to Alex. She is always spot on with recommendations on w...hat would suit me the best and upfront if she feels a certain style or colour won’t suit me. I would definitely recommend Alex to anyone as their go-to stylist without a moment’s hesitation. read more
